To Apply for a loan with Madison VA Employees Credit Union, you must already be a member of the Credit Union. To be elligible for membership, you must either be an employee of the William S. Income information should be entered using your annual or hourly rate from your latest WAGE/LEAVE statement. Your spouse's income should also be from their recent payroll check copy.
